Your cookie choices
Choose whether to allow Google Analytics. Both choices leave the website, sign-in and shopping services available. You can change your choice from the cookie banner, here, or through Cookie settings in the footer.
Analytics is off until you choose to accept.
Rejecting after acceptance stops further Google Analytics collection and removes accessible first-party analytics identifiers. It also updates other open tabs running these controls, without reloading them. Your session, basket and unsent form entries are not cleared. A choice applies to this browser on this website, not to our other brand websites or devices.
Cookies and other storage
Cookies are small records stored by your browser. Some technologies support a service you request, such as sessions and security; others remember preferences. UK rules have purpose-specific exceptions to consent. We keep Google Analytics behind an affirmative consent choice and do not treat simply browsing as acceptance.
- session_id (Odoo): secure session, sign-in and requested services; up to seven days.
- frontend_lang (Odoo): website language preference; up to one year.
- tz (Odoo): browser time zone for displaying dates and times; browser session.
- website_cookies_bar: records your choice; up to 180 days after you save it.
- multi_tab.* and related Odoo browser storage: coordinates website sessions between tabs; lifetime depends on the service and browser. Our consent-change signal is temporary and is removed immediately after notifying other tabs.
- _ga and _ga_W8GNW1B2FB (Google Analytics): optional visitor and analytics-session identifiers; configured for up to two years, although browsers may impose shorter limits. Removed by withdrawal where accessible.
- odoo_utm_source, odoo_utm_medium, odoo_utm_campaign: optional campaign attribution when present; up to 31 days. Removed when analytics is rejected.
Additional services you deliberately use may require session or basket information. Your browser settings can shorten cookie lifetimes or remove stored information.
Google Analytics and your information
When accepted, Google Analytics receives information about pages viewed and interactions, browser/device information and connection information such as your IP address. We use it to understand website usage. Our controls grant analytics permission only: Google advertising storage, advertising-user-data and advertising-personalisation consent remain denied, and Google signals are disabled in the website tag configuration.
Google may process information outside the UK. See Google’s privacy information and our Privacy notice for further information about providers and international transfers.
Withdrawal and browser controls
You can reject analytics as easily as accepting it, including after an earlier acceptance. Previously transmitted information cannot be recalled by a browser control. Browser security prevents us from deleting cookies belonging to unrelated third-party domains; use your browser settings to remove those. Removing session cookies through your browser may sign you out or affect a basket.
After withdrawal, you can accept again without reloading the page. If you clear the saved preference or it expires, the website asks again and analytics remains off until you accept.
External resources and contact
Google font resources and Firebase messaging libraries used by the Odoo platform may also be requested. These connections disclose technical information to their providers; loading a resource is not the same as enabling Google Analytics. Third-party services you choose to visit have their own privacy information.
