Colebrooke Practical Training

Colebrooke Range and Blue Fieldsports have partnered together to offer clients in the UK the opportunity to train, practice and refine practical shooting skills with a wide variety of firearms and targetry within the setting of a private shooting range in Northern Ireland. This includes handguns, which are legal to own and shoot in Northern Ireland.

Colebrooke Range is a discreet and private 150m fullbore gallery range set in 1,000 acres of secluded parkland. The range sits on the banks of the Colebrooke River within the grounds of Colebrooke Park, the seat of Viscount & Viscountess Brookeborough and one of Northern Ireland’s most important and historic stately homes. Colebrooke is only 90 minutes from Belfast and 40 minutes from the West Coast of Ireland, offering countless transportation options from the mainland.

Training and coaching will be delivered by Jon Axe, a world-class British 3-Gun shooter and author of the book 'The Three Circles'. This is not a plinking session; the training is structured, deliberate and professional, yet fun. There is enormous benefit to both new and seasoned handgun shooters who wish to improve. This trip will put you in good stead to start competing internationally, if you aren't already.

Whilst at Colebrooke guests will stay at Ashbrooke House, a beautiful and supremely comfortable eight-bedroom Georgian manor house built in 1830 by Sir Henry Brooke. The house combines the intimacy of a family home with the luxury of the finest country hotel.

This introductory package at a reduced price to gain feedback. Price includes two nights accommodation, gun hire, 200 rounds of ammo, food and tuition. Flights and airport transfers are not included. Food will be ‘kitchen’ home style and an honesty bar service. Option of an additional Saturday night at £100 per room.
