UKPSA Long Gun Safety Course

Ham and Petersham Rile & Pistol Club are holding a UKPSA Long Gun Safety Course on Saturday 24th February 2024.

​The UKPSA Long Gun Safety Course is a one day course that, upon on successful completion, will earn you a UKPSA Safety Certificate and Competition License. This then allows you to enter UKPSA-sanctioned mini rifle and practical shotgun matches, as well as IPSC long gun matches internationally.

The cost includes the UKPSA levy, all course materials and the loan of a Section 2 (3 shot) shotgun should it be required. It does not include cartridges but these can be purchased on the day if HPRPC are given prior notice. All attendees should bring the food and refreshments they need for the day.

There will be pre-learning required which will be sent to you by the instructor in advance. It includes a pass or fail assessment and if you do not meet the required standard it may result in you not being issued a Safety Certificate and/or Competition License.
